You are permitted to run a small teamspeak server to your slot (up to 16 slots). Please make sure that you use a random port above 40000 in your server settings, in order to avoid interferance from another user.
However please be advised, that teamspeak only allows only 1 unregistered instance of their server software running on each physical server. So if you try to run an unregistered version of the teamspeak server without obtaining a license file, it is possible that your teamspeakserver might not be able to start, because another user on your server is already running an unlicensed instance of the server.

To get a 10 slot server you will need to, register on the forums, and make at least 15 posts each month, if you do not reach your 15 posts each month the server will be terminated. A 15 slot teamspeak server will require you to make 20 posts on the forum a month and so on:
